Policies and Procedures *

Agape Learning Lab strives to provide quality enrichment opportunities for all students where their learning is encouraged and uplifted. In pursuit of this, we ask for our families support in abiding by the following policies and procedures: - Drop-off and Pick-up Times: Students may be dropped off no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled start of class. The designated drop-off location will be communicated via email upon confirmation of enrollment. -Students must be picked up no later than 5 minutes after the class concludes. - Health Considerations: If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing them to class in consideration of others' health and safety. - Parental Presence: Parents are welcome to attend the first drop-off. However, we respectfully request that unenrolled siblings not disrupt the learning environment during class. - Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if Agape is notified of a withdrawal or absence at least 2 weeks prior to the class date in question. - Behavior Expectations: Students are expected to demonstrate respect for their instructor, fellow classmates, and the shared space. Good manners and appropriate behavior are essential at all times. Cell phone use should be limited to emergencies only. - Dress Code: Students must adhere to the following dress code: undergarments should not be visible; clothing should not reveal midriffs or cleavage; attire should not feature inappropriate or vulgar language or imagery; and clothing should be neither excessively tight nor too short (shorts should reach the fingertips when standing). - Clean-up: Students are expected to tidy their work area before leaving class. - Trial Period: The first two weeks of enrollment serve as a trial period for both Agape Learning Lab and the student to ensure a good mutual fit.

Liability Waiver Consent *

I acknowledge that certain activities or tasks within Agape Learning Lab may present potential risks to my child. By checking the box below, I voluntarily assume any such risks of harm or injury that may arise during my child’s participation in the Enrichment Program at Agape Learning Lab. Furthermore, I release Agape Learning Lab, its staff, and the venue from any liability, costs, or damages that may result from my child’s involvement in the program. I hereby acknowledge that I grant my consent for the minor to participate in Agape Learning Lab's Enrichment Program. Additionally, I authorize Agape Learning Lab staff to seek emergency medical treatment for the minor, should the need arise. I accept full financial responsibility should any emergency treatment be provided.

Agape Learning Lab's Expectations *

Student Expectations: 1) Students are expected to follow all instructions and adhere to the policies established by Agape Learning Lab and its hosting venue. 2) Students are expected to demonstrate respect for the staff, fellow students, and the classroom environment. This includes refraining from negative or derogatory language, maintaining an appropriate noise level conducive to learning, and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for themselves and others. 3) Students who fail to meet these expectations will be subject to the following actions: First Warning: Verbal redirection. Second Warning: Removal from the current activity. Third Warning: Parent/guardian will be contacted and asked to supervise the remainder of the enrichment session. Agape Learning Lab reserves the right to remove any student who consistently refuses to comply with the outlined policies and expectations. Parent Expectations: 1) Please be respectful of all Agape Learning Lab staff and students. If any concerns arise, we encourage parents to reach out to our staff directly. 2) Parents are reminded that our program operates on a drop-off basis only. 3) If a student is expected to arrive late, parents should notify Agape Learning Lab staff in advance and accompany their student to the program for sign-in.
